Coastal Shield was born from my experience in Santa Barbara's real estate and property management worlds. After years of working with clients, I saw a clear gap in the market: a need for a home inspection service that was more thorough, communicative, and client-focused. I founded this company to provide a better level of service, combining deep trade knowledge with a commitment to delivering the insights our neighbors deserve.

My only job is to provide an objective, unbiased assessment of the property's condition. We do not perform or offer to perform any repairs on the homes we inspect.
